1. Delivery
All orders for paper and stationery are free within a 30 mile radius of our base in Ellesmere Port. Next day delivery is available for all orders over £50+ VAT received before 4pm, subject to receipt of payment and availability of goods. Any orders below £50 will be charged at our standard carriage rate of £5. Orders received on a Friday will be delivered on the next working day. Deliveries of furniture or specialist items may be subject to delivery charges and longer lead times. In the event of any items being out of stock, we may part deliver your order. Missing items will follow as soon as they are in stock to complete your order. Deliveries by our local drivers can be directed to a specified person or department at no extra cost but this must be specified on the order prior to delivery.
Deliveries are made to ground floor only unless specifically agreed otherwise. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove or dispose of any packaging, including any pallets. We do not deliver to home addresses.
2. Returns
Any unwanted goods may be returned without charge within 3 days as long as the items are unused and in resalable condition.
Any excess or unwanted goods returned after 3 days will incur a £15 pickup charge.
If there is an error on our part and you require a return, we will arrange to collect the goods free of charge on our next visit to your school this helps to reduce carbon emissions in our fleet. Returns must be reported within 3 days on receipt of the delivery.
Any non stocked items or furniture that are ordered specially or goods delivered direct from the supplier are non returnable. We can only accept returns for faulty goods..
Goods ordered specifically may be returned but will incur a 25% restocking charge.
Please note end of line products are non refundable / non returnable.
3. Claims For Shortages Or Damage
Any shortage or damage must be reported to the driver immediately. If signed for as unchecked any discrepancies must be notified within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no claims can be entertained.
4. Delivery Times
Although every effort will be made to fulfill delivery times, no liability arising from delay due to any other party is accepted by MPS. Lead times are subject to change during busy periods.
5. Prices
All prices shown exclude VAT. Whilst we will endeavour to maintain catalogue prices, in the event of raw material cost increases or exchange rate fluctuations beyond our control we reserve the right to review prices. We reserve the right to notify the customer if pricing has changed from advertised.
We will endeavour to keep any changes to a minimum and you will be notified at the time of ordering the items in question. Prices are fluctuating at the moment due to the current climate and may be changed to reflect cost increases of materials.
6. Conditions Of Sale
All goods remain the property of MPS until paid for in full. E&OE. Subject to our Terms and Conditions. Fully government-funded organisations can open an immediate account on 30 days nett monthly terms. All other organisations, companies, or companies working for Government-funded organisations need a credit application approved before any orders can be accepted. The first order will always be carried out on a pro-forma basis.

8. Credit Notes/Credit Balances
Any credits or credit balances will be available for use for a period of eight months after they have been initially issued or made available after which it will be cancelled.
