At MPS we like to know how our customers rate us, so our marketing team surveyed our schools asking them 5 questions. We had 110 schools reply back us with their feedback and comments.
It has been a tough 18 months for MPS and our schools, but we have got through together and we would like to thank our customers for supporting us.
Our MPS team have worked so hard to keep our standards high and deliver our goods to schools all over the North West. Our sales team, customer service, warehouse and drivers have been a credit to us in making sure our customers remain happy.

I would and have happily recommended MPS in the past, I regularly speak to the same customer service adviser (Marie) which I like, as she knows what we regularly order, she is always very helpful and will always ask me to consider products we don’t normally purchase from MPS before purchasing elsewhere as you also try to price match and knowing what a good service we get I wouldn’t hesitate. We also like the consistency of the same delivery driver (Paul) who brings our purchases, who is also very helpful and now knows where everything goes without us having to tell him.

Brian always goes the extra mile to find things we need if we cant find it in the catalogue, he offers samples of new items to try, and prices are really good compared to other suppliers. MPS is definitely our preferred choice. The delivery is the fastest of any of our suppliers. Great service all round.
